The BALTIC-beanie was created out of our desire to be involved in educing plastic waste and protecting the Baltic Sea. In the beanie merino wool is combined with polyester which is made of recycled plastic bottles.
The northern nature and the Baltic Sea around us are important sources of inspiration for us, and we are proud to be part of the the valuable conservation work done by The John Nurminen Foundation.
By producing high-quality products in Finland from sustainable materials, we are able to minimize the harmful effects to the environment. In addition, we are constantly striving to develop new ways to utilize already existing materials, such as plastic waste.
